The location of the Hotel is faboulous. The rooms are spacious, although a bit dark. The staff was very helpful and polite.
Areas for improvement:
The coffee at the breakfast was burned and bitter.

Location was great for seeing Udine sites, staff was very helpful with parking and tourist info, nice big room better than most Euro hotels.
